- Subscription cancellations within the refund period
2. Refund Timeframe
- **Digital Services**: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase
- **Subscriptions**: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of renewal
- **One-time Purchases**: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase
3. Refund Process
To request a refund:

2. Provide your transaction ID and reason for refund
3. Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days
4. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10-14 business days
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Consumable digital items (gifts, tips, super chat)
- Services already rendered
- Subscriptions used beyond the refund period
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago
5. Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback without first contacting us, your account may be suspended. Please contact us first via Help to resolve any billing issues.
6. Processing Time
- Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days
- Approved refunds appear in your account within 10-14 business days
- Processing time may vary by payment method
7. Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds based on:
- Usage of the service
- Time elapsed since purchase
- Specific circumstances of the request
8. Subscription Cancellations
Canceling a subscription stops future charges but does not refund previous payments. Refunds for subscriptions are only available within the refund period.
